Rod has over 10 years experience as a Safety Advisor in the practical application of OSH management principles and practices spanning a range of industries including; manufacturing, construction, catering and mining. He has extensive experience in auditing of quality systems and conducting compliance audits in OSH and is an experienced Accident/Incident Investigator.
Rod has developed and delivered a range of training with an emphasis on enabling participants to develop practical skills that can be readily applied in the workplace. A key component of this training is an emphasis on the inclusion of safety principles.
Rod is experienced in management of workplace rehabilitation
programs for injured employees, including liaison with relevant doctors and
rehabilitation providers on case by case basis.
Rod is experienced
in the development and implementation of emergency response plans for some of
the companies in which he has been an employee.

Bradley Bowden
Safety Consultant
Brad provides valuable Project Safety support in the workplace and in particular is conversant and efficient in all shutdown activities. He is a competent Rigger, Dogger and Scaffolder who understands and applies the principles of OSH management to the workplace and specialises in supervision of high risk work tasks.
Brad provides excellent support in workplace Audits, Assessments and Inspections, he is an excellent communicator and demonstrates this particularly well when facilitating Training, Inductions and Assessments. He is also experienced in development, implementation, monitoring and review of Site OSH Procedures and Safe Work Instructions.
Brad is currently enrolled in the Certificate IV, Occupational Safety and Health
